MRKB Bookstores is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry & Inventory Assistant to join our team. We are seeking candidates who are organized, efficient, and able to handle data management and stock coordination accurately in a retail environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Input and update data accurately into company systems
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and databases
- Receive incoming stock and verify quantities against delivery orders
- Assist in stock arrangement and inventory management
- Monitor and update inventory records to ensure stock accuracy
- Ensure product and pricing information is updated correctly
- Check and verify data for errors or missing information
- Prepare basic reports when required
- Coordinate with retail and warehouse teams
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and responsibly
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Prior experience in data entry, inventory, or administration is an advantage
