JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Source and purchase automotive spare parts from suppliers in China

Request and compare quotations to obtain the best pricing and delivery terms

Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, and shipment schedules

Prepare purchase orders and monitor order progress

Follow up on deliveries to ensure goods arrive on time

Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and business partners

Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability

Prepare purchasing reports and maintain proper documentation

Coordinate with warehouse and other departments for smooth operations

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
