Are you passionate about ensuring smooth stock operations? We are looking for a meticulous Operations Executive to join our team at Plaza Low Yat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our branch stock management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every step.

Key responsibilities:

- Process stock requests from all branches, prioritizing based on urgency and availability

- Maintain a well-organized warehouse for efficient picking and conduct daily stock checks to align with system records

- Receive incoming stock, verify quantities and condition, and cross-check against the system (Wavelet)

- Arrange Lalamove deliveries to branches, ensuring accurate dispatch and same-day completion of stock transfers

- Investigate and resolve any stock discrepancies immediately to maintain zero-error standards

Requirements:

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with inventory systems is a plus

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
