Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily driving duties, including transporting the CEO, family members, workers to and from the office, appointments, activities, and events.
• Provide transportation for guests as required by the employer.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly, including performing basic maintenance checks and arranging repairs when necessary.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations; practice safe driving at all times and avoid distractions such as mobile phone usage while driving.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO and family’s schedules, locations, and personal matters.
• Be prepared to handle emergency situations quickly and ensure the safety of all passengers.
• Perform additional tasks or errands as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of driving experience with a clean record.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Must be reachable at all times and available for standby duty as required.
• Must be willing to work 5 or 6 days a week, with flexibility to work long hours, weekends, public holidays, and travel outstation if necessary.
• Familiar with navigation apps such as Waze and Google Maps.
• Candidates living around Segambut, Mont Kiara or Hartamas are preferred.
• Priority will be given to candidates who can start immediately.

Working Hour

• Work schedule: 5.5 days per week
• One rest day per week (on a weekday, as assigned by the Company)
• Monday - Saturday: 10:30am – 7:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
• Sunday: Half Day (exact timing subject to employer’s arrangement)
