Personal Driver to Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly professional, reliable, and corporate-minded Personal Driver to provide dedicated transportation and executive support to our Director. Key Responsibilities

• Executive Transportation: Provide safe, smooth, and punctual driving services for the Director’s daily commutes, business meetings, and personal engagements.
• Route Planning: Strategically plan travel routes utilizing GPS and local traffic knowledge to ensure timely arrivals and avoid congestion.
• Vehicle Care & Maintenance: Maintain the absolute cleanliness (interior and exterior), safety, and optimal running condition of the vehicle. Schedule regular servicing, inspections, and road tax renewals.
• Ad-hoc Support: Efficiently execute personal or corporate errands as requested by the Director.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business and personal matters overheard or observed, while displaying a polite and disciplined demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Possess a valid driving license (Class D) with an exemplary, clean driving record (no major traffic offenses or accidents).
• Experience & Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Klang Valley roads, alternative shortcuts, and peak-hour traffic conditions. Previous experience as a personal or corporate driver to high-net-worth individuals or C-level executives is highly advantageous.
• Attributes: Exceptional punctuality, honesty, and strong personal grooming habits.
• Health: Good eyesight and physical fitness to handle long hours of driving when required.

Working Hours & Conditions

• Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Flexibility Required: Must be on standby or available to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays based on the Director's schedule.
• Travel & Allowances: Willingness to undertake outstation travel and work overtime (OT claims/allowances will be provided accordingly).
