Roles and Responsibilities

· Carry out scheduled Service and maintenance.

· Attend to repair works, customer complaints and trouble shooting.

· Report to your superior on unsolved complaints and provide suggestions / solutions.

· To communicate with customer on the system installed and complaints by the customers.

· Ensure the cleanliness of motor vehicles assigned.

· Installation of all kinds of water filtration systems, water dispensers, UV systems and pumps whether on site or in house preparation.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma in Welding / Plumbing or equivalent.

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

· Good Grounding in Welding / piping knowledge.

· Must familiar with areas in Klang Valley.

· Possess a valid driving license (B2 and D).

· Responsible and trustworthy.

· Accountable to carry our tasks as assigned by Project Supervisor / Team Leader / Customer Service Department.
