We are seeking a seasoned Senior MS Dynamics CRM Developer to join our client's global team. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation within the banking and financial services sector through the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Customize entities, forms, workflows, and reports to meet client needs.
• Develop plugins, integrate external systems, and troubleshoot to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to a culture of growth.

Requirements

Must-have:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Dynamics CRM development.
• Expertise in C#, JavaScript, and CRM SDK.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
