Job Purpose:
To handle full spectrum of operational HR duties including recruitment, attendance, payroll data, and ISO documentation for Company.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and employee exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
- Monitor and compile payroll-related data including attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, and unpaid leave records.
- Administer and monitor leave applications, medical certificates, disciplinary matters, and employee attendance records.
- Prepare, maintain, and update ISO 9001 documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and related records.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and agencies regarding licensing matters, CIDB documentation, fire extinguisher servicing, and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain proper record keeping of Company assets and properties, including Company vehicles.
- Assist in coordinating employee training programs, performance appraisal exercises, and staff development activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee, payroll, and Company information at all times.
- Perform any other duties, responsibilities, or ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration / Management or equivalent any field.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related HR & Admin related fileds.
- Familiar with Malaysian labor law and ISO standards.
- Proficient in Excel
- Good communication skills and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work as a team as well as independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, result oriented.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
