Location : Kempas, JB

Job Descriptions :

• Assist in arranging import and export shipments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, Airway Bill or Customs declarations
• Liaise with customers on shipment instructions, timelines, and requirements.
• Communicate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and warehouses.
• Provide prompt responses to inquiries and support problem resolution.
• Assist in monitoring customs clearance processes.
• Ensure compliance with local import/export regulations and company SOPs.
• Update shipment tracking systems and internal databases.
• Handle filing, data entry, invoicing support, and related admin tasks.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries for the management.
• Escalate critical issues to supervisors as needed.
• Coordinate cargo pick-up, delivery, and booking with carriers or transport partners.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements :

• Min SPM/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Supply Chain or related field.
• Have 1-2 years experience in Forwarding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
• Strong understanding of import or export and logistics processes.
