Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding products, services, quotations, and orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely responses.
• Support quotation preparation, order processing, and order fulfillment activities.
• Assist customers with product selection, configuration, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate customer and product-related records.
• Handle customer complaints and follow established resolution procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Customer Service experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
