Responsibilities
Understand the business thoroughly, and propose effective initiatives to drive sales accomplishment and build long-term relationships with customers;
Act as a brand ambassador to promote the brand, and drive sales by identifying and meeting customers’ motivations;
Review customer service and selling ceremony to maintain excellent customer experience in alignment with the Company standards;
Gather insights or product feedback from customers and communicate to the Retail, Merchandising and Visual Merchandising;
Support Store Manager on newly recruits training;
Provide coaching to the team to continuously enhance the skills and consistently reach individual sales targets;
Ensure the business operations, including but not limited to cashiering, inventory management, compliment & complaint handling in compliance with the Company policies.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory role, preferably in fashion retail sector;
Self-motivated, independent, team player;
Strong coaching skills and people management skills;
Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
