About the Role
This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone hungry to build a career at the intersection of AI, enterprise sales, and corporate training. As a Business Development Trainee – AI Training & Solutions , you will engage business clients, help them understand why AI adoption training matters, and guide them towards solutions including Google Gemini Enterprise.
For the right candidate with strong storytelling and presentation skills, there is a clear path to develop into a corporate AI trainer — delivering workshops to enterprise teams across Hong Kong and the region.
What You'll Do
Conduct cold calls and outreach to identify and develop new business opportunities
Manage and nurture client accounts throughout the sales cycle
Articulate the value of AI training and why it's critical for enterprise productivity and adoption
Introduce and sell Google Gemini Enterprise licences and AI training programmes
Collaborate with the training and solutions team to tailor proposals for clients
Keep up with the latest developments in AI tools, trends, and use cases
High performers with strong communication skills may progress into delivering AI training workshops directly to clients
Who You Are
Responsible, self-motivated, and take ownership of your work
Sincere and client-focused — you genuinely care about helping clients succeed
Strong communicator in Cantonese and English (Mandarin a plus)
Curious and eager to learn — you embrace new technology and aren't afraid of AI
Comfortable picking up the phone and making cold calls
Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years of sales or business development experience is a plus
Bonus: natural storyteller or presenter who enjoys being in front of an audience
