We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Engineer for maintaining system availability, resolving incidents, supporting infrastructure and applications, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure that IT services meet agreed service levels and support business operations effectively.
You will be expected to:
Monitor and maintain the availability and performance of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications
Perform system monitoring, health checks, and routine maintenance activities
Provide support for incidents, service requests, and operational issues
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system and service issues in a timely manner
Manage incidents and service requests using the IT service management (ITSM) platform
Support system releases, deployments, production changes, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements
Participate in change management processes to minimize business disruption
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, system changes, and procedures
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure smooth service delivery
Ensure IT services meet defined service level agreements (SLAs)
The right fit person will have/be:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
Min. 3 years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or infrastructure/application support
Experience supporting enterprise applications and IT infrastructure environment and Change Management
Experience with ITSM tools and practice (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar)
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage incidents effectively
Strong communication and coordination skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively with regional teams and external vendors
