About The Job
The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and professional service to guests. This includes taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
As a Waiter/ess, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Greet guests warmly and present menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained before, during, and after service.
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance guest experience.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and other service team members for smooth operation.
- Assist in opening and closing duties such as setting up stations or cleaning.
