EPAM Systems Hiring! Full Time Security Systems Engineer (IAM) in - Ricebowl

Join EPAM to secure our digital environment by managing the daily operations of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. You will administer Active Directory, support One Identity solutions and monitor for security threats while ensuring compliance across user identities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of IAM systems including provisioning, de-provisioning and lifecycle management of identities
• Administer and maintain Active Directory and LDAP directory services to ensure accurate identity records
• Operate and support One Identity solutions by handling configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
• Process access requests and monitor IAM systems for anomalies, policy violations and security threats
• Support access governance and compliance activities including periodic reviews, audits, risk tracking and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience with IAM systems including the provisioning, de-provisioning and lifecycle management of user and machine identities
• Proficiency in administering and maintaining Active Directory and LDAP directory services
• Hands-on knowledge of One Identity solutions including configuration, troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Strong understanding of access governance, compliance processes and audit support
• Clear communication and problem-solving capabilities for stakeholder support and issue resolution

Nice to have

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to identity and access management
• Ability to generate and analyze reports on access activity, identity lifecycle and compliance status
• Background in risk assessment, tracking and remediation planning for IAM-related issues
