Our client is a leading digital travel and lifestyle platform in Asia, connecting millions of users to a wide range of offerings. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the product roadmap and lifecycle, enhancing offerings and driving future projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product discovery, including customer journeys, assessing user needs, and developing roadmaps to meet business demands.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and industrial designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and product designs.
  • Manage all aspects of an agile team, including user stories, backlog grooming, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Assist in developing product strategy by understanding product differentiation and identifying market opportunities and threats.
  • Work closely with development and technical teams to deliver products with fast time-to-market targets.
  • Collaborate with the software engineering team on new ideas from conceptualization to production.
  • Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with key external partners.

Requirements

Must-have:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Overall 5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in a Product Management role.
  • Strong analytical ability to break down complex problems and use data and high-quality user research to inform product direction.
  • Good understanding of technology, including APIs, microservices, and cloud (preferably Google Cloud).
  • Good knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working with airline technology systems is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Prior experience in the Travel or E-Commerce domain is a strong plus.
