Key Responsibilities
Event Management
- Support the planning and execution of company events, including Town Halls, employee engagement activities, and corporate functions.
- Coordinate event logistics, attendee management, scheduling, and vendor communications.
- Assist in ensuring smooth event delivery from planning through post-event follow-up.
Internal & External Communications
- Support the development and execution of internal and external communication campaigns.
- Manage and update content across communication channels, including social media platforms.
- Review and edit communication materials, posters, graphics, announcements, and messaging to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather content and success stories for communication initiatives.
Public Relations & Corporate Communications
- Provide coordination and administrative support for media engagements, analyst briefings, and corporate announcements.
- Assist in preparing briefing materials, presentations, communication packs, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate logistics and stakeholder communications for PR-related activities.
Analyst & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of analyst briefings and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Coordinate timelines, meeting logistics, communication materials, and event documentation.
- Assist with follow-ups and stakeholder management activities as required.
Sustainability, ESG & CSR
- Support the planning, coordination, and reporting of Sustainability, ESG, and CSR initiatives.
- Assist in collecting data, preparing reports, and communicating progress updates.
- Coordinate community engagement and CSR activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
External Affairs
- Support initiatives within the External Affairs function, including stakeholder engagement and government relations activities.
- Assist in preparing presentations, conducting research, monitoring industry, government, and stakeholder developments, and analysing relevant information.
- Support the team in tracking key trends and issues that may impact the business.
General Administrative Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support across the Corporate Affairs team.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Good communication and writing skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Familiar with social media platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
- Interest in Communications, Public Relations, Sustainability (ESG), CSR, or External Affairs is an added advantage.
