Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary: $2,300 / month + AWS + Quarterly Bonus
Retention Bonus: Up to $15,000 within the first year

Locations
Serangoon North (Office Hours)
Work Schedule: 5-day work week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Positions Available:
1.Engineering Assistant (Smart Factory)
2.Engineering Assistant (Operations Training)
Ang Mo Kio (12-Hour Shift Rotation)
Work Schedule: 3 or 4 days per week (able to work 1 weekend)
3.Engineering Assistant (Quality Assurance)
4.Engineering Assistant (Wafer Bumping Equipment)
Shift Allowances & Perks:
Shift Allowance ($10 – $15 / day)
Monthly Transport Allowance ($100)
Cleanroom Allowance ($30)
Requirements
Education: NITEC or Higher NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines).
Experience: Completely open to entry-level candidates. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
