About Our Client

A leading energy and renewables platform is seeking a FP&A Manager to join its growing regional finance team. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in a fast-scaling renewables business supporting the energy transition.

Job Description

Reporting to the CFO, you will be a key finance partner driving financial planning, reporting, and operational finance excellence across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processes across regional entities, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions
• Coordinate quarterly reporting deliverables, including preparation of accounting papers and liaison with Group Finance and auditors
• Partner with business and finance teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure data integrity across markets
• Support tax reporting and transfer pricing coordination with internal stakeholders
• Oversee treasury and cash management activities, ensuring adequate funding and banking coordination
• Contribute to M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration of newly acquired businesses
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, controls, and reporting frameworks
  
  

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA preferred
• At least 7 years of experience across FP&A / finance / accounting, ideally with Big 4 exposure
• Strong hands-on experience in financial systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Tagetik)
• Proven ability to manage regional reporting cycles and stakeholder coordination
• Experience in energy, infrastructure or asset-heavy industries is advantageous
• Exposure to M&A or business expansion projects is a strong plus
• Structured, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure
