An established regional leader in the premium interior solutions industry is seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Executive to join its growing Singapore team.
This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals with experience in hospitality interiors, flooring, carpets, furniture, fabrics, wall coverings, or those who possess strong relationships within the hotel and design community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while actively developing new business opportunities
- Identify, pursue, and convert opportunities within the hospitality and commercial interiors sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel operators, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and other industry stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to provide valuable market insights
- Conduct market research and business analysis to support strategic growth initiatives
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and recommend effective solutions
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance objectives
- Establish long-term partnerships that contribute to sustainable business growth
Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in one or more of the following:
- Hospitality carpets
- Carpet tiles, SPC flooring, or other flooring solutions
- Hospitality interior products such as furniture, fabrics, wall coverings, or related products
- Strong network within hospitality design firms, hotel operators, owners, or procurement teams will be highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented with a proactive approach to business development
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
