Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Planning, Forecast, Control and support Procurement of all Raw Materials required by the Fab
• Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.
• Responsible for the Planning, Forecast and Control of all Raw Materials (Substrate, Indirect Materials – Bulk & Spec Gases, Chemicals, Resists, Targets, Fab Consumables) for the semiconductor process
• Support in the Procurement process of Raw Materials
• To plan / maintain the Inventory Management System through Auto MRP
• To address the Non Conformance materials issue with all stakeholders
• To monitor Inventory closely to prevent wastages and ensure no shortages or outages
• Provide relevant information about products, manufacturers and markets related to raw materials
• To work with Fab stakeholders on new materials qualifications
• New source/vendors development
• Participate in Supplier Performance Evaluation
• Participate in Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plan activities
• Responsible for Internal and External Audit of Raw Material Planning/Procurement Processes

Requirement

• Degree holder (Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent)
• min 1 to 3 years and above; preferably with experience in Semiconductor
• Related experience in Material Planning will be an added advantage
• Soft skills (Microsoft Excel, Words, Power point, Oracle, SAP, Power BI, Python) is an added advantage
