Roles and Responsibilities

Installation/configuration of various OS (Windows, Linux, VMware)

Design and implement LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.

Configure and Network security appliances such as firewalls, routers, and switches

Collaborating with the System Delivery Team Leader to meet project timelines and client specifications.

Engage with back-line support and/or with vendor’s support to diagnose and rectify technical problems.

Participating in day-to-day operations, performance monitoring, and system health checks.

Performing equipment rack & stack, patching, and cable management in data center environments.

Supporting preventive maintenance tasks, including after-hours or weekend interventions when needed.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

2 – 5 years of relevant experience in server implementation / operation / administration

for Vmware / Storage / Redhat / Windows.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
