Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Administrative Support Specialist. The Administrative Support Specialist will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing digital files, and maintaining internal records and databases. This role will handle inbound and outbound communications via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely, professional responses to internal stakeholders and external partners. The specialist will support basic accounting and expense-tracking activities, assist with preparing reports and presentations, and help coordinate virtual events or team activities. The role also includes documenting procedures, updating internal systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep operations organized and efficient.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated reliability, discretion with confidential information, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in business administration or a related field is a plus.
