Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Systems Engineer to support the maintenance, administration, and optimization of enterprise IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Microsoft, Nutanix, and Citrix environments, supporting operational activities, system upgrades, compliance initiatives, and infrastructure projects while ensuring high system availability and performance.

Key Responsibilitie

• sProvide technical support for the maintenance, patching, monitoring, and administration of Microsoft, Nutanix, and Citrix server environments
• .Support the operation and upkeep of load balancers, proxies, virtualization platforms, and enterprise infrastructure systems
• .Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to minimize system downtime and service disruptions
• .Support day-to-day operational activities, including incident management, service requests, and change implementations
• .Assist in compliance, security, and audit-related activities to ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements
• .Manage IT asset inventory, including equipment tracking, lifecycle management, condemnation, and disposal processes
• .Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and clients to support infrastructure deployments, system upgrades, refresh projects, and technical initiatives
• .Participate in infrastructure enhancement projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• .Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system configurations
• .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence

Qualificatio

• nsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related disciplin
• e.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, implementation, or operational suppor
