Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Analyst, located in Singapore. The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and forecasting demand, optimizing inventory levels, analyzing supply chain performance, and executing supply chain strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing supply chain operations, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data to make data-driven decisions and enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.


Responsibilities  

- Quote leadership, quote analysis & consolidations, commodities classifications

- cBOM management, purchasing parameters mgmt.

- Lead-up x-functional team, plan & drive execution of all supply Chain initiatives which includes  lead time reductions, Payment terms/Delivery terms improvement, contractual, agreement on SMI/VMI/JIT

- Manage Cost Saving /re-design Initiatives (Lead, by accounts), take lead to drive on cost  savings initiatives, alternate sourcing, VAVE, price benchmark

- Interface with customer on project milestone, Supply Chain initiatives

- Manage ECN implementation, tracking & execution

Requirements

-Diploma in Engineering/Business Administration, having Engineering educations background will be an added advantages 

-Min 8-10 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain/Procurement

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Having experience working in EMS & able to start work within short notice period will be an added advantage
