Job Description:
As a Marketing Operations Executive, your tasks includes:
- Admin / Operation – Create new vendor, Raise purchase order, Process invoices, send Purchase Order to suppliers and submit invoices to Accounts dept and records keeping for all documents for auditors.
- To raise all requirements for new product/ new promo pack for Barcode, product code creation, price maintenance or adjustment.
- Assisting Marketing team in monthly competitor activities info, packaging label. Checking, update market products label, monthly mailer update.
- Prepare and conduct Internal / External survey for internal use. This includes samples preparation, packing, courier service arrangement and post campaign report.
- New Product Launch/Contest / Events / Sponsorships support/ Assisting Marketing team in administration / execution of consumer contests. This include preparation, managing common BiO-LiFE Mobile number & attending the events.
- Support Consumer Hotlines via Web / Calls.
- To arrange for all ecommerce stock operations including fulfilling orders with trade marketing & digital marketing.
- Liaison of courier/delivery of POSM materials for trade to support marketing activities
- Co-ordinating marketing department monthly claims, product requisitions and documentations
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related discipline.
- Preferably 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, marketing support, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong administrative and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Skills & Knowledge
You are organized and detail-oriented, able to create new vendors, raise purchase orders, process invoices, and send POs to suppliers accurately. You keep records for audits, submit invoices to Accounts, and manage deliveries of POSM materials for marketing activities. You can coordinate monthly claims, product requisitions, and consumer product redemptions efficiently. Responsible and dependable, you work well with others, learn quickly, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
