Work Duties

- Manage and maintain server and storage infrastructure, with strong knowledge of systems such as NetApp, Pure Storage, Dell EMC, Huawei, and Cisco.

- Administer and support virtualization platforms including VMware, Citrix, OpenStack, and KVM.

- Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems (CentOS, SUSE Linux, RHEL) and Windows Server environments.

- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python or Shell scripting, with experience in DevOps or AIOps practices.

- Manage and support cloud computing environments, including private and public cloud platforms, with involvement in related infrastructure projects.

- Perform application performance monitoring (APM) and business continuity management (BCM) using tools such as AppDynamics and Dynatrace; troubleshoot application issues and conduct performance tuning and monitoring using tools like Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus.

- Configure and maintain high availability (HA) and clustering solutions for Linux and Windows server environments.

- Possess fundamental networking knowledge, including routing and switching concepts, along with strong security awareness.

- Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and system availability.

- Support and maintain databases such as Oracle, Hadoop, MongoDB, SAP HANA, and MySQL.

- Assist in the deployment and operation of containerized environments and microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.

- To comply with the company Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures, and to participate in EHS programs and training as required.

Work Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations, including Linux and Windows server administration, virtualization, server and storage management, monitoring, and backup systems.

- Professional certifications such as ITIL, RHCE, MCITP, VCP, OCP, CCNA, or CCNP will be an added advantage.

- Familiarity with project management and process management methodologies.

- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication with stakeholders.
