Experience: Fresh graduates (Class of 2025/26)

Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation Engineering

Role Overview:

As a Graduate Trainee Engineer, you will embark on an exciting journey to develop technical expertise and business acumen. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Energy Systems, Technical Sales, and Project Management, while supporting clients across Malaysia. This is a hands-on role that will give you exposure to energy benchmarking, steam system performance, and industrial process efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Participate in a 4 - 6 month project on energy benchmarking and steam system evaluation across key Malaysian industries (food & beverage, textiles, paper).
• Conduct plant visits and surveys to gather data for project assessments.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to identify energy-saving opportunities and process optimisations.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and project reports for internal and client use.
• Engage with clients to address queries and support project outcomes.
• Transition into a Technical Sales Engineer role delivering high-value energy solutions post-project.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduates (2025 or 26) in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in energy efficiency and technical sales.
