We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Manager of Learning & Development (L&D) & Performance Management to join our progressive educational institution. In this role, you will shape the growth, culture, and capabilities of our academic and administrative talent.
You will lead the end-to-end employee development lifecycle, oversee our performance appraisal systems, and head impactful corporate HR projects. To be successful, you must hold a valid HRD Corp (HRDC) Certified Trainer credential (TTT).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:1. Learning & Development (L&D
- )Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs tailored for both academic faculty and administrative professionals
- .Conduct institutional Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to bridge capability gaps across departments
- .Maximize the utilization of our HRD Corp (HRDC) funds by managing claims, grants, and compliance processes
- .Personally facilitate core internal training programs, utilizing modern instructional design methodologies
.2. Performance Managemen
- tDrive the annual and mid-year performance review cycles, ensuring alignment with institutional KPIs and goals
- .Guide and coach department heads on constructive appraisal techniques, goal-setting, and managing underperformance
- .Evolve the performance management framework to promote a continuous feedback and high-performance culture
- .Identify high-potential talent and contribute to robust succession planning strategies
.3. Strategic HR Project
- sLead and execute critical corporate HR projects (e.g., HR digitization/HRIS implementation, employer branding initiatives, policy restructuring, or employee engagement overhauls)
- .Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate organizational change management strategies into project rollouts
- .Analyze HR metrics and project data to provide actionable insights to the executive board
