This role requires strong functional expertise, end-to-end business analysis capabilities, and the ability to lead complex change initiatives while engaging senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Transformation Delivery
- Manage end-to-end business analysis activities across transformation programs, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to define and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Support implementation of change initiatives across banking environments, ensuring effective delivery and adoption.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Influence stakeholders to align on business goals, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus.
- Challenge and validate requirements and solution designs to ensure business value and feasibility.
Business Value & Strategy Execution
- Contribute to business case development, including benefits analysis and value realization tracking.
- Apply strong business acumen to ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Understand how design enablers support strategic business objectives and transformation goals.
Change Implementation & Delivery
- Support and manage the delivery of transformation initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ensure smooth implementation of solutions into business operations, with a focus on user adoption and process optimization.
- Operate effectively in large, complex, and potentially global project environments (especially for senior roles).
Functional Domain Expertise (Mandatory – at least one of the following)

Requirements
Core Skills
- Proven experience as an end-to-end Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering across business, operations, and technology domains.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems into actionable insights.
Industry Knowledge
- Solid understanding of the financial services industry, with hands-on domain expertise in one or more key areas.
- Familiarity with regulatory, operational, and digital transformation trends in banking.
Stakeholder & Communication Skills
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder priorities and drive alignment.
- Proven experience working with senior leadership and facilitating workshops.
Transformation Experience
- Experience in business case development and/or change implementation initiatives.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering transformation programs in banking environments.
- Exposure to large-scale, complex, and global projects (required for senior roles).
Language Requirements
- Strong command of English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese:
- Ability to participate in meetings conducted in Mandarin/Cantonese is required
- Reading and writing capability is an added advantage
