We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Learning Tech Sales Specialist who can spot opportunities, build meaningful client relationships, and confidently navigate conversations around learning technology, SaaS, and digital transformation.

What You’ll Do:


Be a Growth Driver

  • Identify, engage, and nurture new business opportunities across the region, corporate, and government sectors.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, outreach, referrals, events, and strategic prospecting.
  • Turn conversations into opportunities and opportunities into long-term partnerships.


Become a Trusted Advisor

  • Understand client challenges and recommend solutions that align with their learning and business goals.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to uncover needs, pain points, and growth opportunities.
  • Present Nixfon’s learning technology solutions in a way that is compelling, practical, and value-driven.


Champion Learning Technology

  • Stay informed about trends in learning technology, LMS, LXP, AI-powered learning, content creation and library, digital learning, and SaaS solutions.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes that clients can understand and appreciate.
  • Help clients envision what’s possible, not just what’s available.


Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with consultants, learning designers, product teams, and project teams to develop winning solutions.
  • Contribute ideas that improve customer experiences, sales processes, and market positioning.
  • Share market intelligence and customer insights with the wider team.


Drive Results

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline visibility.


What We’re Looking For:


The Essentials:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Learning & Development, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or consultative selling.
  • Experience selling SaaS, technology solutions, learning technology, HR technology, or digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.


We’re particularly interested in people who:

  • Take initiative without waiting for instructions written in neon lights.
  • Think beyond conventional sales approaches and enjoy finding creative ways to solve client challenges.
  • Are naturally curious and ask better questions than most people.
  • Can comfortably switch between talking business strategy, learning outcomes, and technology features.
  • Understand that selling is not about pushing products. It’s about helping people make better decisions.
  • Enjoy experimenting with new ideas, new approaches, and new ways of creating value.
  • Are resilient, resourceful, and capable of navigating ambiguity.


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Experience Platform (LXP), eLearning, Talent Development, or HR Tech.
  • Experience responding to RFPs, tenders, or enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered learning solutions and emerging workplace learning technologies.
  • Existing professional networks within HR, L&D, Talent Management, or Government sectors.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and modern sales tools.
