Position: BI Delivery Manager

Location: Malaysia

Contract: 12+ Months and Extendable

BI Guided Care Delivery Manager (Group Health / Health Hive)

Position Summary

The BI Guided Care Delivery Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of BI initiatives for the Group Health – Health Hive program. This role is accountable for ensuring high-quality data, actionable insights, and reliable dashboards that support business decision-making across Guided Care. The role combines delivery leadership with strong ownership of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

1. BI Delivery Ownership (Guided Care / Health Hive)

• Lead end-to-end delivery of dashboards, reporting, and BI use cases aligned to Group Health and Health Hive priorities.

• Drive coordination between BI developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.

• Ensure timely delivery, quality, and completeness of all BI outputs.

• Translate business requirements into structured analytical deliverables and data models.

• Act as the primary accountable lead for Guided Care BI deliverables.

2. Data Validation & Reconciliation

• Design and implement strong data validation frameworks across Health Hive datasets.

• Perform reconciliation between source systems (FDL, SharePoint, etc.) and BI dashboards.

• Identify discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution.

• Establish validation checkpoints, UAT processes, and sign-off criteria before production deployment.

• Ensure KPI and metric consistency across all Group Health dashboards.

3. Stakeholder Management & Business Collaboration

• Engage with Group Health stakeholders, Finance, and LBUs to align on priorities and requirements.

• Drive requirement discussions, UAT sessions, and feedback incorporation.

• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies proactively to leadership.

• Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and geographies.

4. Governance, Quality & Process Adherence

• Ensure adherence to BI governance, standards, and best practices.

• Maintain documentation for business logic, data mappings, and validation frameworks.

• Support audit-ready documentation and ensure traceability of outputs.

• Track risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when required.

5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of BI dashboards in Health Hive.

• Identify opportunities for enhancements in metrics, dashboards, and data pipelines.

• Drive automation in validation and reconciliation processes.

• Continuously improve data quality and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in BI delivery, data analytics, or reporting roles, preferably in healthcare / Group Health domain.

• Strong hands-on experience in data validation, reconciliation, and data quality management.

• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.

• Strong understanding of KPI frameworks and data models.

• Proven stakeholder management and delivery leadership experience.
