· Working day - Monday to Friday (8 am to 5pm)
Qualifications
· Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and hardware
· Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
· Good communication and interpersonal skills for assisting users effectively
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
· Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
· Expected to join on the 1st of September 2026

As an IT Services Engineer Intern, you will:
· . Assist in all technical incidents and service requests.
· . Assist in providing a proactive service to Exact colleagues in the APAC region, providing updates on open tickets as necessary.
· . Assist in the investigation and resolution (first-time fix) of common issues.
· . Assist in the Identification and documentation of new fixes and workarounds.
· . Assist in interacting with resolver groups and coordinate activities required to ensure tickets are resolved within SLA.
· . Assist in the installation and management of end-user devices.
