Role: Technician (IT Helpdesk Operations service)
Scope of Work
To provide 1 headcount for JO Site IT Operation Support / Helpdesk based on the requirements given below
Responsibilities
Provide IT first level support for MFG related IT issues.
Attend Security vulnerabilities & security patching for Manufacturing clients.
Deploy security and other manufacturing related tools.
Assist IT Services team in IT projects and small group activities.
Manage site hardware refreshes and inventories.
Perform equipment refresh and inventory management.
Qualification
Diploma in IT or relevant field
