A leading multinational organisation is seeking an experienced AP Manager to join their Shared Services team in KL Eco City.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations (invoice processing, T&E, payments, month-end close)
• Oversee compliance, controls, and financial accuracy (SOX, GAAP)
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardisation initiatives
• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery and resolve escalations
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing AP team
• Support and lead projects and transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in AP leadership / Shared Services environment
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, JDE, etc.) and advanced Excel
• Solid understanding of financial controls, compliance, and accounting standards
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in process improvement or transformation projects is an advantage
