Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Administrator role based in Petaling Jaya. The Sales Administrator will support the sales team by managing order processing, preparing quotations and invoices, and updating customer and sales records in CRM and internal systems. The role includes handling incoming inquiries, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and providing timely follow-up on proposals, contracts, and payments. The Sales Administrator will assist with scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, and maintaining organized documentation for events and projects. Daily tasks also involve responding to client requests, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting the smooth execution of sales and event-related activities.
