We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst Associate to support our Presales, Post sales, Consulting, and Training activities for Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in data analytics, client engagement, and technology consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and proof-of-concept demonstrations for Analytics and AI solutions.
• Deliver user training and support for analytics and data visualization platforms.
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights through data analysis, visualization, and storytelling.
• Prepare presentations, executive summaries, business reports, and analytical findings for clients and management.
• Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Collaborate with sales, consultants, trainers, and stakeholders to deliver effective Analytics and AI solutions.
• Assist in presales activities, including solution presentations, proposal preparation, and technical demonstrations.
• Support consulting engagements by understanding client requirements and recommending suitable analytics solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to two (2) years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields will have an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Analytics Solutions such as SPSS, NVIVO, Alteryx, @Risk, Kahoot, etc is added advantages.
• Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, IBM Cognos Analytics, QlikView, MicroStrategy, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to present findings and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a client-facing environment.
