Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Subang Jaya for a Quality Assurance Analyst. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that products and services meet specified standards of quality.


1. Real-Time SLA Monitoring & Analysis


  • Monitor the "Control Tower" dashboard to track live parcel movement across all hubs and delivery centers.
  • Identify "Stuck Parcels" (aged inventory) that have exceeded the standard dwell time and investigate the root cause.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly SLA Performance (On-Time Delivery, First Attempt Delivery Rate).



2. Dropship Center (DC) Coordination


  • Act as the primary bridge between data insights and physical operations.
  • Communicate daily "Urgent/Critical" lists to DC Managers to ensure priority parcels are moved to the front of the queue.
  • Provide early warnings to DCs regarding incoming volume surges to ensure they have the capacity to meet SLAs.



3. Bottleneck Identification & Troubleshooting


  • Use data to pinpoint specific hubs or routes that are consistently underperforming.
  • Conduct "Root Cause Analysis" for failed deliveries (e.g., incorrect routing, courier shortage, or address issues).
  • Coordinate "Rescue Missions" for high-priority or delayed shipments by arranging alternative transport or expedited handling.



4. Performance Reporting


  • Generate daily "Health Reports" for management, highlighting missed SLAs and recovery plans.
  • Develop automated alerts or triggers to notify the team when a parcel is at risk of breaching an SLA.



Qualifications


  • Preferred a minimum 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or operations within logistics / supply chain industry. However, fresh grads are also welcomed!
  • Excellent Analytical Skills with good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented, structured and strong-problem solving ability.
  • P

roficient in both English and Mandarin language is preffered

  • Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-departmental coordination
  • Bachelor’s degree in
