Job Description

Responsibilities

RoleSummary

The HRBusiness Partner, North Asia will support HR operations, payroll coordination,vendor management, employee matters, recruitment coordination, HR systems, andcross-border HR projects across North Asia markets.

This role requires a hands-on HR professional with 4 to 8years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and practicalexposure to AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), HRIS, payroll systems, andexternal vendor coordination.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Support daily HR matters across North Asia, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, andother assigned markets.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance records, leave data, salary changes, deductions, andpayroll vendor follow-up.
  • Workwith external HR, payroll, recruitment, legal, benefits, insurance, and HRISvendors.
  • Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, offer letters, onboarding,probation, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, HRIS data, payroll documents, and HR reports.
  • Use AItools and LLMs such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similartools to improve HR documentation, reporting, SOPs, templates, and workflowtracking.
  • Support HRIS, attendance, leave, payroll, and digital HR system improvements.
  • Assist with labour compliance, statutory documentation, internal audits, and employeecase records.
  • Prepare manpower reports, vendor tracking reports, payroll summaries, and other HRupdates.

Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years of relevant HR experience only, preferably in HRBP, HR operations,payroll, vendor management, or regional HR support.
  • Experience supporting North Asia markets is preferred.
  • Able to communicate professionally in English.
  • Familiar with AI tools, LLMs, HRIS, payroll systems, attendance systems, and digital HRworkflows.
  • Experience dealing with external vendors across HR, payroll, recruitment, legal, benefits,or insurance.
  • Strong follow-up, documentation, coordination, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
