We are seeking an experienced IT Security Lead to drive security governance, compliance, implementation, and operational security for mission-critical systems within a secured environment. The role covers both project implementation (Day 1 Security) and production support (Day 2 Security), ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Define and review security architecture, threat models, and risk assessments.

Ensure compliance with IM8, Whole-of-Government (WOG) security requirements, and relevant regulations.

Lead Security Risk Assessments (SRA), Vulnerability Assessments (VA), and Penetration Testing (PT) activities.

Drive secure development practices and DevSecOps integration within CI/CD pipelines.

Review and implement security controls for Kubernetes, Docker, APIs, IAM, WAF, OAuth2/OIDC, and related technologies.

Manage security incidents, investigations, root cause analysis, and remediation activities.

Oversee vulnerability management, patch compliance, and security monitoring.

Support audits, compliance reporting, and security governance initiatives.

Manage access control governance, RBAC, MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field

8–12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a Security Lead or Security Architect role

Experience in Singapore Government projects and IM8 compliance

Hands-on experience with:

Kubernetes / Docker Security

API Security

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

SAST, DAST, SIEM, and DevSecOps Security Tools

CI/CD Security Integration

Preferred Certifications

CEH

GIAC Certifications
