Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Support
- Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement
2. Document Management
- Handle filing, organizing, and maintaining physical and digital records
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, faxes)
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper document control
3. Reception & Communication
- Answer and direct phone calls to relevant departments
- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally
- Support internal and external communication coordination
4. Data Entry & System Updates
- Input and update company data into internal systems
- Maintain employee and client records
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates
5. Basic HR Support
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain attendance, leave, and timesheet records
- Support payroll-related documentation when required
6. Other Duties
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum secondary education or diploma level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Prior administrative or office experience is an advantage
- Basic English communication skills (preferred for Singapore workplace)
Pay: $1,453.80 - $3,291.90 per month
