Job Responsibility
1. Production Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
- Adjust schedules in response to delays, demand changes, or supply disruption
2. Inventory & Material Planning
- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with procurement teams
- Ensure optimal inventory levels (avoid stock outs and overstocking)
- Work with warehouse teams to track material flow
3. Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with production, procurement, logistics, and quality teams
- Communicate production priorities and changes to relevant stakeholders
- Liaise with sales or customer service teams on delivery timelines
4. Capacity Planning
- Evaluate production capacity and identify constraints
- Optimize machine utilization and workforce allocation
- Recommend improvements to increase efficiency
Job Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Min 3 years of experience in production planning / scheduling / supply chain support
- Familiar with MES/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP or similar).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
