Location: Rantau Panjang, Kelantan
Contract Period: confidential
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm / 8.00am - 1.00pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and inspect all M&E installation works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.
• Ensure materials and equipment delivered to site meet project specifications and approved submissions.
• Record daily site activities, work progress, inspections, and non-conformance issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and project teams regarding quality and technical matters.
• Witness testing and commissioning activities for M&E systems.
• Verify that corrective actions are implemented for defective or non-compliant works.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.
• Prepare inspection reports, progress reports, and quality assurance documentation.
• Assist in project handover inspections and defect liability period inspections.

JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in construction supervision, site inspection, or quality control of M&E works.
• Knowledge of local building regulations, construction standards, and M&E installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and testing & commissioning requirements.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Rantau Panjang, Kelantan.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
