About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Tester to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Playwright, Selenium, CI/CD automation, and AI-assisted testing practices. Candidates with experience in Healthcare, Hospital Information Systems (HIS), EMR/EHR, Pharmacy, Laboratory, or Insurance applications will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium.
• Develop and enhance automation frameworks for web applications.
• Create test scenarios and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and DevOps teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend quality improvements.
• Utilize AI-powered testing tools to improve test coverage, test generation, and defect analysis.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and prepare testing reports and documentation.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA Automation or Software Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Playwright
• Selenium WebDriver
• Experience in automation framework development and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of STLC and SDLC.
• Experience integrating automated testing within CI/CD pipelines using:
• Jenkins
• GitLab CI/CD
• Azure DevOps
• GitHub Actions
• Experience with Git version control.
• Knowledge of API testing and automation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

AI Testing Knowledge (Mandatory)

• Experience using AI tools for test case generation, test automation, defect analysis, or test optimization.
• Understanding of AI-assisted software testing practices.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled testing platforms and productivity tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Healthcare, HIS, EMR, EHR, Pharmacy, Laboratory, or Insurance systems.
• Performance testing experience.
• Database testing and SQL knowledge.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• ISTQB Certification.
