At Black Gold Security, you’ll be exposed to real operational HR experience from recruitment and workforce coordination to payroll support and manpower operations across multiple sites. You won’t just be doing paperwork all day. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving company and gain hands-on experience that helps you grow professionally.
Structured mentorship and guidance will be provided, and we’re looking for someone who is willing to take initiative, learn fast, and grow into bigger responsibilities over time.
Location

Working Hours
- Monday – Friday
- 8.30AM – 5.30PM
- 5 working days per week
Salary
Starting salary from RM2,500 per month. Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply and state their salary expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing
HR & Operations Support
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave applications, and HR documentation
- Support payroll preparation and statutory submissions under supervision
- Handle recruitment coordination including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate tracking, and onboarding
- Coordinate staff onboarding, documentation collection, and employee briefings
- Assist with resignation processing, exit coordination, and HR administrative matters
- Support manpower coordination and workforce administration across operational sites
- Prepare HR reports, staff records, and workforce-related documentation
- Communicate and coordinate with site supervisors and operational staff when needed
- Ensure employee information and HR records are properly maintained and kept confidential
Administrative Support
- Handle office administrative and coordination tasks
- Manage filing, procurement, documentation, and office records
- Coordinate with external parties including government agencies, insurance providers, and vendors
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting arrangements, and internal documents
- Support digital documentation and HR systems
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years working experience in HR/Admin or related roles
- Experience in payroll, statutory submissions, or operational HR is an advantage
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Able to work independently and handle responsibilities proactively
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Someone who is ambitious, willing to learn, and wants long-term career growth
- Willing to work in an office-based environment in Taman Daya, Johor Bahru
