Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer experience. This role acts as a key liaison between customers, dealerships, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and high service standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and liaise with dealerships, service centers, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention
- Prepare reports on customer interactions, issues, and insights for management review
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve customer experience
- Support customer service initiatives, training, and continuous improvement activities
Qualification & Education
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related fields
- 1–3 years of working experience in customer service, customer relations, or automotive industry
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Technical Knowledge / Skills
- Basic understanding of customer service processes and complaint handling
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify trends for improvement
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in CRM systems or automotive industry is an added advantage

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
