Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
• Handle employee lifecycle management including onboarding, offboarding, probation tracking, and personnel file maintenance
• Process monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, leave records, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)

Requirements

• Ensure compliance with Malaysia labor laws and internal HR policies
• Manage employee relations including disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and communication support
• Support training coordination, performance review process, and employee development initiatives
• Assist in administrative tasks and company events coordination
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR working experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia labor law and HR operational processes
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
