Location: Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday (9.30am - 6pm) (off Sunday) / 1 hour break

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Store Executive to assist in managing warehouse and store operations. The role involves overseeing stock handling, packing customer orders, supervising staff, and supporting the Assistant Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant Store Manager in the overall management of store and warehouse operations.
• Monitor and guide store and warehouse staff to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and according to company policies.
• Manage inventory by ensuring accurate stock handling, receiving, storage, and stock movement.
• Oversee the packing and preparation of customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the store and warehouse areas.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer enquiries and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Prepare and submit daily or monthly operational and inventory reports to management.
• Identify and help resolve any issues related to warehouse operations.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any field.
• At least 2 year of working experience, preferably in warehouse, retail, or wholesale operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and team coordination.
• Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
