• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy between physical stock and system records.
• Monitor stock movements including receiving, issuing, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.
• Coordinate stock issuance and return processes for production operations.
• Perform stock reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate cycle counts, stock counts, and annual stock take activities.
• Monitor stock levels and report slow-moving, non-moving, and low-stock items.
• Ensure proper stock arrangement, labelling, traceability, and inventory control practices including FIFO and FEFO.
• Update and maintain inventory transactions, Goods Receiving Notes (GRN), Delivery Orders (DO), stock transfers, and related records in the system.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and inventory reports.
• Maintain accurate and organized warehouse, logistics, and inventory documentation.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required records and reports.
• Monitor delivery schedules, transportation activities, and vehicle utilization.
• Maintain records for company vehicles, forklifts, servicing schedules, repairs, insurance, road tax, and permits.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Monitor transportation costs, fuel consumption, and vehicle-related expenses.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, QA, and Logistics teams.
• Support inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
• Assist in operational planning, process improvements, and issue resolution.
• Ensure smooth warehouse and logistics operations on a daily basis.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GMP, HACCP, Halal requirements, food safety standards, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness within warehouse and cold storage areas.
• Support audit, inspection, and certification requirements.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
