Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
· Prepare, generate, and issue customer invoices accurately and promptly
· Check billing details against PO, delivery orders, and supporting documents
· Maintain proper invoicing records and filing system
· Follow up on invoice discrepancies and resolve issues with internal teams/customers
· Assist in basic accounts/admin tasks when required
Requirements:
· Minimum SPM
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
· Strong attention to detail and high accuracy required
· Responsible, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines
· Experience in invoicing, billing, accounts, or admin support is an advantage
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
